I have always wanted to get my Amateur Radio License since I was a kid, but only recently managed to make it happen. I got my foundation at the Wyong Field day in 2016, and then spent most Monday nights during 2018 with a bunch of others studying for either standard or advanced upgrades. I managed to pass my Advanced late in 2018, and am now focusing on a number of AR related projects.
I am a father of two young daughters, both of which have passed their foundation practical, and VK2FLIZ also passed her theory and received her foundation license in October 2018. My youngest (age 9) is still studying and hopes to pass the exam soon.
This website is simply a place for me to record my AR projects and information, experiences and if you get something out of it then that is great.
